Jenny Rynearson

Assessor - Asotin County Assessor's Office

Jenny Rynearson is the County Assessor for Asotin County and brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience in property assessment and real estate valuation. Her career spans residential appraisal, legal support, court administration, and executive leadership, giving her a well-rounded perspective on valuation, due process, and public service. As an assessor, Jenny is known for her commitment to fair and equitable assessments, transparent practices, and strong customer service, consistently delivering outcomes that serve both taxpayers and local government effectively.

In addition to her day-to-day leadership role, Jenny is deeply engaged at the state and professional level. She has held multiple leadership positions within the Washington State Association of County Assessors (WSACA), including President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, and Southeast District Committee Chair, and remains an active member of both WSACA and the International Association of Assessing Officers. Her involvement on appraisal, education, and clean energy tax impact committees reflects a continued focus on professional development, collaboration across jurisdictions, and forward-looking policy work in property taxation.
