Falon Hoven is the Chief Deputy Assessor for Whatcom County, Washington, where she oversees property valuation, levy certification, and taxpayer programs. Her career began in a small rural county, giving Falon a comprehensive, hands-on understanding of assessment operations, including data entry, senior exemptions, appeals, modeling, and levy administration.
