PACS Conversions: Lessons Learned and Data Integrity Strategies

This session presents case studies from Asotin County and Grant County on their recent conversions to the PACS system from other CAMA platforms. The presentation focuses on the technical, operational, and data integrity considerations involved in migrating assessment and appraisal data, as well as strategies used to maintain valuation continuity and compliance throughout the conversion process.

Participants will gain insight into challenges commonly encountered during system conversions and practical approaches to managing data validation, workflow changes, and post-conversion quality control.
