This facilitated roundtable session provides appraisers with a structured forum to discuss common valuation challenges, best practices, and practical solutions encountered in day-to-day assessment work. Discussion is guided by predefined appraisal scenarios and valuation challenges to ensure a structured, appraisal focused learning environment. Led by a chief appraiser and senior appraiser, the session emphasizes peer learning, professional judgment, and consistent application of appraisal principles.

While interactive in nature, the session follows a defined framework to ensure focused discussion on appraisal-relevant topics, allowing participants to share experiences, compare approaches, and identify techniques that support accurate, equitable, and defensible valuations. Participants will take away peer tested techniques and documentation approaches that support consistent, defensible valuation.
